for future update: hyperlinks to wrong chapter in EBC passage could be corrected
11–13 There is a clear, if implicit, reference to Cyrus in v.13 (NIV supplies “Cyrus” for MT’s “him”); and this passage establishes him as a subject of prediction, not p 272 simply of description ex eventu. The reference to the children and the work of his hands are chiastic allusions to vv.9–10.
Geoffrey W. Grogan, “Isaiah,” in The Expositor’s Bible Commentary: Isaiah, Jeremiah, Lamentations, Ezekiel, ed. Frank E. Gaebelein, vol. 6 (Grand Rapids, MI: Zondervan Publishing House, 1986), 271–272.
The links to embedded verse references in comment point to the wrong chapter (44), instead of chapter 45.

Not here in the forums. Use the "Report Typo" feature in the software. When you select text and right-click on it, you'll see Report Typo on the right-click menu. Make sure the "Selection" tab on the left side of the right-click menu is chosen, and you might need to scroll the right side of the menu down to see "Report Typo" which is usually the last item on the menu.
You can enter what the text should be and add any additional comments below, and then Submit.
