I restarted my computer, but Logos still says updates will take effect after you restart the application. How do you do that?
Close Logos with the X icon in the upper right of the app (or red dot on the upper left on Mac).
Then start Logos again however you normally start it, e.g., by double-clicking on the Logos icon if you're on Windows.
If you're lucky, the "restart" will show slightly differently, indicating it's a link that automatically restarts the desktop application.
Faithlife once intended to have this every time a restart is suggested, which would be nice and user-friendly. Most often, I think, the method explained by Rosie is the one to use.

It is not too uncommon to have back to back updates for some users. It may simply be that you need to restart again.
