The cheaper one is a CHAPTER in the book. The more expensive one appears to be the book itself, but with the wrong title.

I don't think he's written an entire book on the composition of Isaiah. The previews of both resources show the same ISBN number, contents, and say that it was originally published as Chapter 8 in Evangelicals and Scripture: Tradition, Authority and Hermeneutics.
