I've downloaded my library to my laptop, but my disk is full. How can I return resources to cloud storage and clear disk space without losing any resources?

In fairness, when I tried to do this some time back on my work laptop, it turned out that the easiest thing for me to do was to simply delete everything and re-download Logos but only its minimum download, after which I downloaded the resources I actually needed, which are quite few.
