Mobile Collection Universe

What guidelines should a user follow to ensure collections on the desktop are available for searching on the mobile app (iPad)? I have a number of collections on the desktop that do not appear in my collection universe when I try to perform a collection search on my iPad.

    Never mind. I just needed to select the proper options on my iPad to get the “missing” collections to show up.
