Can anyone point me to a guide that shows what Hebrew letters correspond to the scientific transliteration system letters?

That's a toughie, especially without knowing your intended use.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Romanization_of_Hebrew
Has the best in-one-place of all the systems, along with links to the sources.
Of course, you're familiar with the Logos Text Convert tool (make sure you click on the 'Help' button top left for limited info)

I looked at both of those. Neither has a guide that shows the "scientific" transliteration of Hebrew letters into that system. Appreciate the quick response.

Scholarly transliteration of biblical Hebrew, version 0.4 (brill.com) comes close and provides hints for better links
A Guide to Hebrew Transliteration (ucalgary.ca) gives a review of the complexities
Transliteration_Rules.PDF (biu.ac.il) probably what you want
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

You're aware 'scientific' transliteration is synonymous with 'academic', 'scholarly', historical, etc. Can't tell if you're just looking for a specific guide identified by that specific word.
