The Send Hyperlink Here is not working for me

I set a Bible to "Send Hyperlink Here"... when I click a reference it opens a new Bible...

Every once in a while it does work, but very seldom

    On Mac or PC? what Bible is tagged for send hyperlink here? What resource contains the links you are clicking on?
