Savaing and exporting clippings in styled format?
So, I am building references for a sermon. In both Clippings and Notes, when I select a text, it pastes it in a format where the verse numbers are inside the text. I prefer the styled copy which moves the references to the end of the pasted text. I would also like to be able to export them to a text file I can use rather than a pdf or online.
It is rather tedious to have to pull each scripture up again to copy a styled version to paste into Proclaim or a Word Doc. FYI, I only preach about 6 times a year to fill in, so I use the base package but have a large library from a previous gold version.
Styled;
“And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. And God saw that the light was good. And God separated the light from the darkness. God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And there was evening and there was morning, the first day.” (Genesis 1:3–5, ESV)
Clipping Version:
Genesis 1:3–5 ESV
3 And God said, c“Let there be light,” and there was light. 4 And God saw that the light was good. And God separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And there was evening and there was morning, the first day.

There is a choice to be made as clippings/notes will only paste what is copied from the resource i.e. only Copy Bible Verses will give you a styled version e.g. Quotation.

You can via Save as file: > Text Document. But then you may lose the style, depending on the text document e.g. I lose italics, but I cannot have both regular and italics styles.
