Twice now I have gone to open different books I bought a few weeks ago only to see the message that the book hasn't been downloaded and the option to download now. I use two different machines for logos and had this happen on both. I do have logos on both set to download new resources. 1. does anyone know how to prevent this from happening? 2. is there any way to check and see if there are any other books that need to be downloaded?

Mac 11.7; Logos 22.0.23.

What time frame do you allow downloads?

To check for non downloaded resources, use the “ not on this device” facet

Yes, "check not on this machine" on the library facet selection (left side panel)

There is no foolproof way - the process depends on stable internet connections, your computer being on during the download window, etc. However, it is generally reliable.

Thank you! This was helpful. It looks like those two books must have been the only ones that didn't download for some reason.
