Installation failure
I am failing to install Logos in my PC, all the times I am installing, it is showing me that, "the setup failing to download the required file," Now I am stuck I do not know what to do, please I need help on what I can do.

Do any of the suggestions at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008567331-Problems-with-Logos-Setup-or-Updating-Logos help you get things working?

facing same error on my intel arc graphic laptop. I followed mentioned steps on above link but its still same. i also searched my problem on YouTube saw some video there but not able to fixed by myself.

What version of Windows are you on? Do you have a previous installation on either computer?
From where are you getting the installation files (I assume you are trying to install Logos 9)?
