i am using intel arc graphic card pc. whenever i try to install logos desktop app on my pc its displaying an error like this - "the setup failing to download the required file," , tried mentioned steps on this links ; https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008567331-Problems-with-Logos-Setup-or-Updating-Logos but not able to fixed the error.

What version of Windows? Were you trying a fresh install of the Beta version 23 or the current version 22?
