Bug? Docs won't open

My docs won't open consistently. I thought it may be a sync issue but can't figure out what to do differently. Any help would be great.  See gif below!

    Not a problem in Windows 11, but I surmise that you are on Mac. What version of MacOS and the Logos software?

    Have you tried restarting the computer or trying it from a layout?
