At the end of the first paragraph of the article "Factbook Tags", both the Logos and Verbum help manuals say, "This data is then synced to other users and can be searched using an All Search."
It should be noted here that Factbook Tags can also be searched by the "Factbook Tags" search type, not just the "All Search" type, as it is already noted in the "Search Tags" subsection ("Open Search and select the Factbook Tags search type.").
