Is Logos friendly to Microsoft Surface?

When using Logos on the Microsoft Surface, if you try to move the 'Program Options' window up and down using the Surface Pen, it works backwards.

And it's a pity that you can't turn the pages with a surface pen.

And it's very inconvenient to draw lines and take notes with the Surface Pen. It doesn't seem to have been considered at all. I can't recognize where and how far I'm choosing.
