I am trying to learn Greek. Can someone please provide me with the steps to find the 100 most frequently used Greek words in the Bible?

Welcome to the forums
If you go to tools and select concordance, then in the concordance select a Greek Text (my example has the NA28) then lemma and sort by count you will get a report that shows all the greek lemmas by count as shown below:
You can use the count feature on the left to limit the results or choose parts of speech etc.
