Getting my Connect 2% discount

I was wondering if there was a person who I could contact in early February about getting and using my Connect 2% discount before the end of the L10 sale, which is February 13. I'll try CS, unless someone has a better idea.

    I think you may be misinformed. The 2% you get is of your entire purchases for the prior year not a discount.
