CTRL + ALT + # no longer creates headings in Sermon Editor

Current Version: Logos Bible Software 23.0 Beta 2    | 23.0.17

Somewhere in the recent beta updates, the keyboard shortcut CTRL+ALT+1 (etc.) no longer creates a heading.  It used to.  The stroke is burned into my reflexes and now it does nothing.

Is that a bug or intentional? Can we have it back?  Please?
