Error display "this resource hasn't been downloaded"
The resources I need have been "downloading" for FOUR DAYS!
I need them for class, but they will not download. I can preview them in the web app, but not have them on my computer.
The spinning circle indicates it thinks it is in the process of downloading, but it will not finish the task. I have restarted Logos, rebooted the computer, and tried giving it time. Nothing helps
Any suggestions?

Hi JT,
I THINK I sent the zip file and the log file, but I really am not sure.
I had to ask my wife for help because I could not get the zip file as an attachment.
I hope this is what I was supposed to send. I can add a screenshot if that helps.

I still could not get it fixed, but they fixed it.
