An Update is Required
Hi folks
On opening Logos on my machine running Windows 11 I'm suddenly faced with a box saying "Some of your resources and documents are not compatible with this version. To install the latest version go to logos.com/install. I thought I had the latest version 22 but could something else be causing this problem. Have uninstalled and then reinstalled Logos, got to signing in with no problem but then the box referred to above appears. Can anyone help please as I've been with Logos from version 1 and never had a problem like this before. Hope someone can help soon. Thank you. Gerald

Hi Gerald - this sounds very strange
Just checking - have you run the desktop beta at all and then reverted back to the stable release?

What version does it show as installed in About Logos? what does it say re: your update channel?
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Hi MJ
Nice to be in contact with you again. Can't get into Logos to get details. I know its version 22.0.23. Not completely sure about the last two parts of the version number.. Again not sure what you mean by update channel> Hope this helps a bit.
Regards
Gerald

Also I uninstalled and reinstalled the program but no difference.
After uninstalling you should delete the Logos folder at %localappdata% **. Then reinstall.
.
** paste this into File Explorer
