Not sure if this is the place to ask for this but I do not have the BDAG or NIDNTTE and I need to see if there is someone who can help. Would be willing to send me a copy of the articles in BDAG and NIDNTTE for οἰκία?
Hopefully this helps. I've included Louw Nida as well because you've got a couple of verbs in John 14 that are doing the same thing. As for BDAG, you'll see they categorize Johns use of it in chapter 14 under 1B.
