Automatic footnoting when a passage in a book/bible is copied and pasted

I am still having trouble with this. A passage copied from a Logos 4 resource is NOT footnoted in the document that it is sent to. I have changed a multitude of settings on Logos 4 and in Office 2007. No luck. I have spoke to tech services about this and it is and identified bug. Anyone else have any information or help available?

Which resource? What are you pasting into? (word etc?)

If it's an identified bug, there may not be much to be done, but we'll look.
