Actually, Cultural Concepts is implemented well although its alignments to dictionaries and resource tagging are probably due an update. See background information at 100 ORIENTATION (yale.edu) I personally would like the glossary data available as a vocabulary deck but that is my sense of precise understanding of terminology.
