Citations
Hello, when I copy citations from Logos they do not include the infomration for Logos. I have confirmed it is required to include Logos information in my citations. Can this be turned off and on? Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I'll be citing in Turabian/Chicago style. Thank you
Example.

What version of Logos are you running? That looks like a very, very old version. I get Bunyan, John. The Pilgrim’s Progress: From This World to That Which Is to Come. Oak Harbor, WA: Logos Research Systems, Inc., 1995.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Hello, thank you for replying. The example is from my textbook for my research class. I'm using Logos 10.

The textbook is the newest edition as well, I'm not sure why it used such an old version of Logos. It was listed under the heading of using CD-ROMS and the like, though.

I've not run into the use of the old cd's rather than having their contents included in the standard Logos 10 library. Why are you using cd's?
To get the citations, in an open book:
- Open the panel menu ... 3 vertical dots on the upper right of the book panel
- Click on Information
- Scroll down to Citation - book or article - and click on copy after verifying that it is set to the correct format
- Paste the citation wherever you want.
Note that for quotations with the citation in footnotes, you merely have to set the program settings to provide citations.

I'm using Logos 10 software. The CD-ROM example is an example of citing Logos that was given in my resreachtextbook. I'm not using a CD.

I'm able to get the citation to work. But I can not figure out how to get that citation to include the information that includes my Logos version, system, etc.

Ignore the cd example. It does NOT apply. Follow the steps I gave to get a citation. If it doesn't work correctly, post back what you got vs. what you want.

Yes, your steps work to give me the book and/or article citation but it doesn't include the Logos information. My professor confirmed that I must include that info in my citation.

Why do you want to? I know of no standards that require that information for normal electronic eBooks. Can you quote the related text in the standards? As an example, the example is clearly 1990's before standards for citation had solidified.
