The PB had not been uploaded, and it appeared to have been removed when deleted from the PB tool i.e. it was not listed in Library EXCEPT that the Count did not change. I let Verbum sleep overnight only to find that the PB was:
- still listed in Library with incorrect Count
- still in the Resources folder
I exited Verbum, manually deleted the PB from the Resources folder and then restarted Verbum:
- the PB was not listed in Library and the Count was correct
- Verbum did not attempt to re-download it!
