Logos 4 Beta Software won't load

The software is finished indexing.. I left the computer on overnight. Now I'm trying to open the software from my dock, and it simply does the beach ball thing, then it tries connecting.. and then nothing. I've attached a screen shot. Please help me!

Thanks for posting the screenshot. That rules out a number of bugs we've seen and/or squashed in the past.

At this point, the best way for us to get an idea of what is going on is for you to post your logs.

There are instructions for how to do this linked in my signature.

If you're using the Mac Beta, you should read the whole FAQ. But the info on reporting issues is item #6 in the FAQ.

I'm tempted to reinstall Logos software as it appears I do not have a full Library under my applications folder. Can I simply drag Logos into the trash before attempting a reinstall? Any thoughts / recommendations would be helpful and appreciated greatly! Thanks!!!

Logos software is in Applications folder.

Mac OS X Logos 4 Mac file path (one set of resources for each user):

/Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/Logos4

Within Logos 4, Data/<random>/ResourceManager/Resources contains library resources.

Post your logs. That's the only way the developers can diagnose anything.

Other idea - noticed Help menu missing in screen shot - Alpha 23 was last release without Help menu. Suggest moving Logos 4 Application to Trash, then download current Logos 4 Mac Beta => http://www.logos.com/logos4mac

Double clicking Logos - should cause Application to be installed and launched.

If Logos sign-in not working after Beta 6 installation, would like to see log files, especially console messages.

For Beta 6, Get Info for Logos Bible Software 4 should show version 4.10.43691
