Another tip of the day (TOTD) series for Logos/Verbum 10. They will be short and often drawn from forum posts. Feel free to ask questions and/or suggest forum posts you'd like to see included. Adding comments about the behavior on mobile and web apps would be appreciated by your fellow forumites. A search for "L/V 10 Tip of the Day site:community.logos.com" on Google should bring the tips up as should this Reading List within the application.

This tip is inspired by the feedback post: Generate bibliography from the library | Faithlife

By author:

  1. filter by author - selection statement as I used or by facet
  2. select books you want in the bibliography (I used Cntrl+A)
  3. in the information panel (opened by i in circle) select "Save as Bibliography"
  4. rename the resulting bibliography (which I have not done)

Note that the same number of items (150) are in the library selection and the bibliography.

By title:

The process is the same. Note one item has no data.

By personal tag:

This is also an excellent example of why one should ask in the forums -- someone on the forums may know how to accomplish a task that you think can't be done within Logos/Verbum.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
