Potential milestone issue in ESV Expository Series

If I link a Bible to the ESV Expository series and enter Galatians 2:20 in the BIble, the commentary is positioned to the overview section as opposed to the comment section (which contains the verse-by-verse exposition)

But selecting Galatians 3:20 repositions the commentary (correctly?) in the comment section

Is there a tagging / milestone issue in this volume?
