Logos 10 update on an Hp envy is not successful
For the last couple of updates to logos 10 gold , I get the message that the installation did not succeed. Then when I launch the software after this, i get the message that "this software can not run on this pc"
The only way I found before was to reinstall the software again and then go through the long procedure of downloading all the resources Today the software updated again and the same thing happened . I surely can't go through this process every time the software updates. Has this happened to anyone? Any insights

My HP Envy accepted the update with nary a complaint. If you think of experiments to figure out why, I'll be glad to assist.
