Cant open. This resource is part of your print library?

First of all I am running logos silver. I have never added anything to my Logos print library, but when I try to open the parallel gospel reader it says "this resource cannot be opened, it is part of your print library"? But it says I own the product.

    Hi Dan,

    This is very puzzling.  The Parallel Gospel Reader is an interactive that cannot be viewed in our mobile apps.  Could you please upload a screenshot?
