BUG: Highlight Tool not working in Logos on PC

  Attempting to highlight some material in a book.  Bold then Green Highlight was used No highlighting taking place.    Have not done any highlighting since Installed Software 23.0.30   on Tuesday.   
I have restarted Logos several times and Rebooted the Computer hoping to fix the issue.  Did not fix it at all.   Software version  23.0.30
Features All Logos 10 Features

Bas Package Library  Logos 10 Library.

Is this a known issue?

    It looks like a layout got corrupted.   I had to change layouts to get things to work again.  Now to figure out how that happened.
