The word is רָעַשׁ . I would like to know if the stress is on the first or second syllable. Strong (7493) doesn't say and I didn't find any examples of the word in the Bible that are not inflected...which can change the stress. Strong for some odd reason doesn't show the stress for this word, perhaps because he couldn't find any uninflected examples either.
The verb רַעַשׁ is stressed on the first syllable, but that doesn't mean anything. I've found words of similar characteristics that show both first and second syllable stress (though not at the same time, of course). If someone has an answer, I would like to have a reference to check. Thanks.
