In B5 I found the links in the interlinear pane were no longer "present" in B6 it is also the case. Is this the same for others? If so will it be fixed soon?

Can you post a screenshot of what you're talking about?
Here it is. The Strong link and Louw links are not working. They appear as "unclickable" text
That will be fixed in Beta 7.
Yep, you're not the only one who noticed that Mike. Glad to hear it's going to be fixed in beta7 though
