Having updated my desktop app I can no longer sign in either on line or on the new or old apps.
I have had to create a new account to get onto this forum - my real account is rwjordan@gmx.com
Any ideas please?

I think that you will need to ring customer services now Jordan. You will want the two accounts merged at some point.
