Notes - references across chapters

In the mobile app, is it possible to add an anchor to a note which points to a reference which is across bible chapters, eg Luke 17:22 - 18:8?

The UI does not appear to allow it.

    No - I'm afraid this is not possible.

    i seem to remember a discussion about this a long time ago but i can't recall the details.
