Searching for figures of speech in the Old Testament

The New Testament has many types of figures of speech tagged. These are described in The Lexham Figurative Language of the New Testament Glossary resource.

There also seem to be a lot of figures of speech tagged in the Old Testament, but with a different system. Is this system of tagging figures of speech in the OT documented somewhere?

Bullinger’s Figures of Speech cover the OT and NT  e.g. figureofSpeech:name:Simile

Figurative Language covers only the NT  e.g. figurativeLanguage:category:Simile

Whilst these two labels seem to overlap with Simile, both being defined by words "like" and  "similar", the results could not be more dissimilar!
