Missing manuscript information tooltip in NA28 apparatus

Hi. This morning I've received an update to v23.2 and also some resources like "Manuscripts of the New Testament" (GNTMSS) have been updated.

When using the NA28 critial apparatus, before the update I could hover on any manuscript text and Verbum would tell me which one it is (i.e. Vaticanus, Sinaiticus, Beza, etc.). Now, after the update, it doesn't. This morning, before the update, it worked well. Also, If I right-clicked on the manuscript text, it would open a menu identifying it as a manuscript, and allowing me to open it in GNTMSS. Now it doesn't. What could be happening? How can I revert the previous behavior back?

That's strange - I'm still getting the behaviour you describe in Logos 23.2

I do see what you show in your screenshot if I click an entry as opposed to hovering over it. Is there any possibility you are doing that?

Also, If I right-clicked on the manuscript text, it would open a menu identifying it as a manuscript, and allowing me to open it in GNTMSS. Now it doesn't

This is still working for me as well.

What do you see when you right-click etc?

Comparing my screenshot and yours, I've noticed that my words were not underlined, as if the Factbook Visual Filter wasn't working. It was enabled, but it wasn't working. After restarting Verbum now it's working as usual. I've restarted it again, just to verify it, and strangely this second time I've faced the same issue, the Factbook Visual Filter wasn't working, the words were not underlined even if the Filter was enabled. A restart has helped to fix it. I don't know what to think.

Thank you, Graham, for your help!

    Aristocles —

I can't think of a reason that the Manuscripts of the Greek New Testament resource would affect the NA28 apparatus resource.

This does, however, give me an opportunity to mention what was updated in the Manuscripts of the Greek New Testament.* Basically, for each available manuscript page, we've now included links to mention of the manuscript in several apparatuses (NA27, NA28, UBS5, Metzger's TCGNT, Tischendorf, Alford, Comfort, NET Bible Notes (1st edition), and the Tyndale House GNT apparatus). Here's an example. The items with red lines at left are new; if you click on the apparatus name you'll navigate to the first mention of the manuscript in the note for the verse (assuming you have the apparatus available in Logos). This allows one to compare how multiple apparatuses handle a specific manuscript in a specific verse.

    * These updates have only been made to the English version of the resource thus far.

Thank you Rick. These are very useful updates.

As for the issue I was facing, this is something that happens intermittently. I've seen that some times disabling and enabling the Factbook visual filter fixes it. Other times I have to restart Verbum.

    Kind regards.

I have found the cause of the intermittent errors in the NA28 Apparatus. I was having random DNS failures. This is why it sometimes didn't work. I was able to catch this looking at the error logs.

Thank you everyone for your help.
