Book Type / Wrong / How To

I understand Logos has control over "book type" and we cannot change them.

However, when we have a clear indication one is wrong, or believe we do... how do we go about contacting Logos to try and resolve the issue?

Is there a specific forum or suggestion area that will actually bring it to their attention and not go into the lost abyss of things they receive everyday?

Use a subject line that draws attention to the fact that it's an easy fix, an incorrect type. This should get quick attention.
