What's new on the Greek Read Aloud update?

I thought I read someone said it is "fixed". For those running x64 bit, do you see the progress cursor moving along as it is read? I don't. To me it looks the same as before, it reads fine, the circle shows where he is starting, but then, there is nothing. Is that what you see? What is new?

I am not conviced it is fixed.  I don't see the bouncing ball and I am on Windows 7 32bit  running 4.0dSR2.
