when typing a word in add tags box after adding notes, the tag that I type at time will not add, only one of previous tags I used before will enter the tag box, instead of the tag I type out and press enter.

I don't see this, when I type a word, Logos offers existing tags but takes the newly typed tag. Clicking the blue suggestion will add that tag to the note and make it searchable in the facet search.
Tagging is not new to me to perform, tagging worked fine at one time, I make label's have no problems and even do searches.

Thanks for the report, do you mind taking a look at my screenshot and let me know if I am missing a step in your repro? I seem to be getting expected results, but it's possible I am missing something, apologize if so.
in previous version it would except the word as you type out as tag in notes after you push enter, but now I notice now you have select the word hyperlink to add word for tag, that easy I can live with it. [:D]
