Mobile App play audio feature not working

First let me correct audio type resources yes I do have the option.

I have 41 audio resources thats not my problem.

I had Faith Life Connect but I didn't renew this month, so this week many of my features were changed. data sets removed and so on.

But at the same time that this change was made, I now can no longer use the " Play Audio " option on any non ( audio type resource ) This is a Big problem for me because I used it almost every day.

I have contacted customer service and they told me the two issues are not connected, But after all the needed changes were made to my devices the problem started which has me asking WHY is this one thing also gone when it should still be working?

If anyone has ideas please let me know, I am still waiting for a response for Logos support.

    Lee, if the read aloud feature you were using was on the Logos mobile app, it is part of the new Logos 10 Bronze and above Feature set, (https://www.logos.com/product/228474/logos-10-bronze-feature-upgrade) which you would've only had access to through your former Faithlife Connect subscription. If you want to get the feature back, either resubscribe to Connect, purchase a Bronze or above feature set or a Bronze or above Package (includes features and library) https://www.logos.com/recommend-package  If the issue is on the Desktop version of Logos, unfortunately I can't remember if it's part of the free Logos software or a paid feature. If it is a paid feature, you'll need to look at which features you had previously purchased. Bear in mind, if you were subscribed to Connect when you purchased previous versions of Logos, you may not have purchased the features, as you already had access to them through the Connect subscription.
