How could I get reminded ,for community pricing?
Hi Tes. As you can see with "Characters" and "Barnes" the Forums do a pretty good job at passing the word. I don't know of any notification process so I just visit the community pricing page on a regular basis.
I haven't seen many new offerings lately. Anyone know why?
Logos only keeps a limited number up on the CP site. Barnes has been there for a very, very long time. I am pretty sure we will see the same with the two Latin Resources as well. I personally do not know Latin and if the shifting of Seminaries away from the Greek and Hebrew languages is any indication.....There are even fewer that know Latin.
My synods seminary use to require Hebrew Greek and One other.....German or Latin......Now it's only Greek and Hebrew.
I am sure they are going to always require Greek and Hebrew.....Especially with the thoughts of August Pieper. I seem to remember that the seminary would require 4 languages......Greek, Hebrew, German, and Latin.....a long time back.
One option Tes is to sign up for RSS feeds for both Pre-Pubs and community pricing. Everytime a new resource is added to either feed, it will show up in your RSS feed. I use Google Reader for monitoring my Feeds. You can sign up for the feeds from either the left hand side of the community pricing or Pre-pub pages.
