I have the Zondervan lexicons but when you click on a greek or english word and it searches your lexicons the zondevervan ones never seem to come up. Is there something I can do to fix that, is it just a bug, or is that a Windows issue also?
It sounds like you haven't prioritized them in your library.
See the wiki page at:
http://wiki.logos.com/Library#How_do_I_Prioritize_books.3f
and see if this solves the problem.
Hi Adrian,
I can confirm that the prioritisations appear to be working in respect of NIDOTTE and NIDNTT (see screenshots below)... For clarity, however, I should add that I am using L4 on a PC (with W7).
Also wanted to add that I attended the last couple of 300 events (with Matt Chandler and Dr Piper). Both events were a real blessing. Thanks also for the gift of your book. I really enjoyed reading it: it was clearly written, challenging and, altogether, very helpful indeed. I have recommended it to some of the guys at our church.
God bless,
Andy
Thanks Andy! And thanks Praiser. I have prioritised it and it now works just fine. But it is a bit odd that the "default" priorities doesnt include the zondervan lectionaries if you have them. After all they are pretty standard and important books. But at least it works just fine right now. Thanks for the encouragement also. Glad you enjoyed the book! Hope your friends do too.

As far as I know there has never been a default list, my prioritize area was blank when I first logged onto Logos 4, and I had to add every book that I wanted there and prioritize them in the order I wanted them to appear.
Now that you have your Zondervan lectionaries prioritized, you might want to check your prioritized list and make sure you have all the books there that you want.
I actually looked at the link I gave you above http://wiki.logos.com/Library#How_do_I_Prioritize_books.3f and went through my library as they showed by "type" and realized I had books that I had overlooked prioritizing.
So you might want to do the same thing with the rest of your library.

This is good to note Praiser.
Adrian - I'm always looking for defaults too. Everything to help get the user started and working seems like a good policy and I appreciate Logos' approach generally. A "default" prioritization would be great if we could all just have the priorities of the resources in our diverse libraries. Maybe someday the startup process will take someone to do further prioritization like the way you are asked to select your favorite Bible.
