Reftagger for MS Word?

Does anyone know if Reftagger can be used to insert verses into MS Word without going back and forth between MS Word and Logos to copy and paste verses? I would like to just type in a verse into MSWord and have some automated way of getting it pasted in from my default translation. I am open to any way of doing this.

Reftagger is not the right tool. You want Smart Tags. If you right click the verse, hit a and hit Enter it will automatically replace the reference with the verse in your default translation.

The wiki is a little outdated, you will almost certainly need to follow the 64 bit directions.
