After the bidding is completed and you are a successful bidder how do you get the books?
You wait while Logos creates the resource. Then they send you an email telling you when your payment while be processed and L4 downloads it automatically.
Hi o.turk
I recommend changing your forum display name as per the following instructions. Its not a good idea to have you e-mail address showing.

Also, make sure that the credit card you have on file with your Logos account is current. You will get an email telling you that it will be charged on a certain date. As long as you check your email regularly, you should have time to cancel if something comes up and you are unable to pay.
MJ gave the right answer. As noted in an another thread ( http://community.logos.com/forums/t/21442.aspx ) the process of getting the resource produced can take some time. This is a factor of the length and complexity of the resource and the backlog in the text development department. Currently wait times of 6 months or more are average. If you check your 'My Account' page on the Logos web site, under the Pre-Pub Orders tab you will eventually see an estimated delivery date next to the resource.
If you have ordered something through Community Pricing or Pre-pub, they are listed in your account orders. When a ship date for a title is established (at least 30 days out), it will display on your order summary tab and on the pre-pub page listings.
It's good to check your order status periodically. I now have 3 titles showing a 9/15 ship date. That gives me 30 days to make sure the funds are available or decide if I need to cancel an order.
EDIT: Mark was posting an illustrated answer while I was posting mine.
Andrew, thank your for advice, i was not thinking about that. you are a blessing. and yes i have changed it.
