Unable to Move "more Shortcuts" in Logos 10 23.2 on side bar

I have several shortcuts which create a more shortcut button. I would like to move one of the shortcut that reside in the more button panel to a higher position and I am unable to move any icon the reside under the more section. If I left click on the icon in the more button panel I can delete them and move them into a folder but it will not allow me to slide them in a new position?

To get elements in a shortcuts folder arranged in a certain order, you can add a number to the label ... instead of labels "ESV", "NASB", "SEARCH", etc you change the elements to "1 Search", "2 NASB", "3 ESV" and they will show in the folder list in the position given by the order of the number
