Viewing resources in web app - no table of contents

When I view any of my books in web app - I can either look at the words in limited view and the table of contents feature has ceased working, or I can turn off limited view, get an error occurred with all words, and look at a greyed out table of contents feature. Everything in logos and my mac OS (Ventura) are completely updated. Any ideas for fixes - chat support suggested I go to forums.

We are aware of the Table of Contents missing in Limited View, which we have high on the list to fix soon.

I can turn off limited view... and look at a greyed out table of contents feature

I can see that all but the active location are grey, which is probably the wrong color to use. But I wouldn't call them "greyed out" in the sense that they don't work.

I can't reproduce this, and I'm not entirely sure what you mean. Can you provide more details?

(I'm using Chrome on Mac, by the way. Are you using Safari?)
