BUG: Results for one Book/Bible Search are not sorted

A Search of one book/bible gives results that are not sorted by their index and it makes it extremely difficult to compare results side-by-side with slightly different queries.

A Books Search for more than one resource e.g. type:lexicon  subj:Greek, gives a choice of Group by Book which sorts by index value.
