Some of the resources are missing from my desktop library, can someone help?
I tried singing in and out and still it doesn't work.
In te web app all the resources are available compared to the desktop app.

Please will you give us some examples of the offending tomes?
Did you purchase these resources, or were they free? The mobile and web apps have some "free to use" resources which are not availble to users on desktop without a purchase.
As has been mentioned, we will need to know which resources and have you confirm that you own them.
You should also verify that you are using the same credentials (username & password) in all locations.

Up until last week, the resources on my desktop were around 2.8k but now it has suddenly decreased to 2.5k.
Even my print library is not in sync anymore.
Yes, I have upgraded to an academic professional package professional, it has been two weeks now. The number of resources after the update on my desktop was around 2.8k but now it has come down to 2.5. Now even my print library is not in sync anymore. And yes. I have logged in using the same credentials.

On which devices? What specific version of the app are each running?
To get some perspective I have just upgraded to logos 10 (academic professional) and I have added 32 books to my print library up until last week. I did it through my cellphone and that automatically sync to my ipad as well. However, when I checked my desktop app, the number of books in my print library is only two, the other 30 books did not show up.
