Logos will not open. I cannot get it to go past screen in picture. It only stays up for 10 seconds. Can someone help me troubleshoot? I cannot get logs.

Why not? Just keep the CTRL key pressed while restarting Logos, then logs will be written automatically. Get them from the folder path the C:\Users\_YOUR_USERNAME_\AppData\Local\Faithlife\Logs\Logos - basically this is the info everybody will need to troubleshoot (unless you let support log in remotely to your machine).
When I do this it does not cooperate. Press and hold the Control key on your keyboard. With the Control key held down, open Logos. The “Sign in” window never does appear.
Did you follow instructions ... check for error logs from today?
Yes nothing is there
Call customer service.
When all else fails restart PC. That worked after 3 hours and 42 minutes of updates.
