perpetually preparing library

Hi I have a few months old Macbook pro with M2 chip running venture 13.3 and 2TB storage. I hope this info can help someone figure out what is wrong.

I have Logos 10 and I have run it on another Mac just fine. Anyway I downloaded the app to this newer MacBook pro and everything was fine. I have an extensive library so it takes awhile to download. It was working while it was still downloading but at some point it started perpetually preparing the library and wouldn't let me operate the app. Hours and hours went by. So I restarted the computer. No joy. I tried letting it do that perpetual thing for hours again and restart again but still the same issue. So I deleted the app and restarted and downloaded the app again and restarted again but the same issue persisted.

What am I doing wrong? Can someone help me?

Thank you,

Alice

    Hi Alice

Welcome to the forum community. This is a great place to find answers to most problems.

In your case I would actually ring customer support but if you would like our technically minded volunteers to help diagnose the problem you will need to attach your logs using either the paper clip in the tool bar or the orange thing beside it. You should find a link to instructions for collecting logs in my signature line.
